We look back on a successful week in Milan. Salone del Mobile 2024 is over! Of course, this edition of our Burik & Burik Brandnews is full of all the new collections from our brands!

MOROSO – Moroso stands out during Milan Design Week 2024 by focusing on perfecting the Flagship Store on Via Pontaccio. With new designs from Patricia Urquiola, Ron Arad, and Stefan Scholten, there’s plenty to discover! More info on the website.

ONE PAGE – When it comes to Ron Arad, it’s immediately clear that this is one of his designs. A lounge chair inspired by the simplicity of a sheet of paper and designed to provide comfort without loose cushions or padding. This unique design combines sturdiness and flexibility in one. GRUUVE – ‘Back to the 70s’ with this new design by Patricia Urquiola. The Gruuve is a step forward and a renewal of the Lowseat armchair she developed for Moroso in 2000. Give a contemporary twist to your living room with Gruuve and create a unique maze with the different modules. More info >>

MATHILDA LOUNGE – Mathilda can certainly be called one of Moroso’s classics. Now, a new variant has been presented in Milan, namely the Mathilda Lounge. More info >>

RUFF LARGE – This is great news! The Ruff armchair is now also available in a large version. Slightly larger than the elegant smaller Ruff that came out 4 years ago. More info >>

 

PEDRALI – #PedraliColoursofLightness. During the 35th participation in Salone del Mobile, Pedrali presented more than 11 brand new collections for both indoor and outdoor spaces, including expansions of existing collections. RIZZ – The four tapered legs of cast aluminum are the distinctive design element of the Rizz table. Round, rectangular, or square tops are available. Customizable with different materials and colors. More info >>

PHILÍA – This new outdoor chair fits perfectly with a relaxed outdoor lifestyle and reminds us of the typical Italian ‘dolce vita’ of the 1960s. The chair features a steel tube frame and a hand-woven seat and backrest. More info >>

STIEL – Do you recognize the design of this chair? Perfect, because this is the Blume but with a powder-coated frame, without the characteristic flower-shaped frame. This allows for many more color options. More info >>

BUDDY OASI – Suitable for outdoor use! The Buddy Oasi has a waterproof and removable cover, making it easy to clean. With this sofa, you can literally and figuratively go in any direction, as you can place and move the backrests anywhere. More info >>

 

RIMADESIO – Shapes that define space, surfaces that change depending on the light, creating new perceptions: the concept behind the story of Rimadesio’s new collection, designed by Giuseppe Bavuso, is called “Shapes of Light”. More info >

AIR SYSTEM – The Air system aims for maximum freedom. This system consists of fixed panels in the middle of the space or against an existing wall. Pivot doors can be integrated into these panels. RIALTO TABLES – These are the new coffee tables within the Rialto family. The coffee tables are available in oval and round versions and offer a multitude of finishes, from marble to glass or wood. Versatile, flexible, and eclectic. More info >>

ALIANTE – Attention to detail and technical innovation have always been characteristic of Rimadesio’s philosophy. This comes together in the new four-door version of Aliante. This cabinet is designed for storing and presenting precious objects in the living space. More info >>

RIALTO MIRROR – After a long time, Rimadesio is now producing mirrors again. With the bridge element that we recognize from the rest of the Rialto collection, the mirrors are suitable for placing on the floor or hanging on the wall. More info >>

 

RS BARCELONA – The RS Barcelona stand seemed like one big bouncy castle! With several new items, such as the You & Me ping pong table completely in white, the Shuffleboard, and the Diagonal pool table, there was also plenty of opportunity to relax and play a game! More info >>

DIESEL LIVING – Step into the world of Diesel Living during Milano Design Week 2024, where the exhibition Red Takeover and Silver Dome embrace you in iconic shades of red and silver. D-UFFLE – Inspired by urban lifestyle, generous in form, and extremely comfortable. The idea behind the buckles? The way backpacks and other items from outdoor fashion are rolled up and unrolled. More info >>

SLO – Slab Lounge Ottoman. The new Slo chair with matching ottoman is a variation on the slab dining chair.

FAT – The Fat chair 2.0: Lighter, different material, and more budget-friendly. Also available as an office chair with wheels.

BELL – The Bell collection has added some beautiful neutral colors: light grey, taupe, and white. Want to stand out more? Then choose fluoro!

OPAL – Opal is the new color within the entire collection of lamps from Tom Dixon. A milk glass with a chic look.
